Bob Feller BY Kyran Wagner 5a

born- Iowa on November 3, 1918.He is now a Hall of Fame Baseball pitcher from Van Meter, Iowa.
Also known as Bob Feller, he played for the Cleveland Indians for 18 years, he had two hundred sixty-six wins with two thousand five hundred eighty one, strikeouts, he also pitched three games were none of the other team has hit-ten the ball. He shares a major league record with twelve one-hitters.
Iowa proved to be a Fields of Dreams for Bob indeed. Bob died at 9:15 p.m. on Wednesday night 2010, according to Bob DiBiasio, the Indians vice president of public relations.
As a kid Bob played baseball too and when he grew up he played and when he was 92 he played for the old timers. "Every day is a new opportunity.
You can build on yesterday's success or put its failures behind and start over again. That's the way life is, with a new game every day." and that is Bob feller’s quotes. Bob died for one reason just one and it was leukemia and he was still alive at ninety-two

Did you know that he was also served in the military for a couple of years and the he was done and went to baseball. And one reason I chose Bob Feller is because he played baseball and i do too.
